Spavia CEO and Co-Founder Named 2025 Colorado “Titan 100” Award Recipient

Marty Langenderfer Receives Prestigious Recognition for Continued Leadership and Expansion in the Wellness Industry

DENVER, Colo. – Spavia Day Spa, a Colorado-born concept known for its resort-inspired amenities and community-driven wellness model, is proud to celebrate its Co-Founder and CEO, Marty Langenderfer, who has been named a 2025 “Titan 100” award recipient. This recognition honors Langenderfer as one of Colorado’s most influential executives, recognized for his ongoing impact, innovative leadership, and role in shaping the future of self-care on a national scale.

Under Langenderfer’s leadership, Spavia has grown from a single location into a thriving franchise system with 60 spas operating across 23 states. His results-driven approach has helped fuel strategic expansion while staying rooted in the company’s mission to make wellness personal, affordable, and transformative. Known for his ability to scale while nurturing culture, Langenderfer has continued to inspire a high-performing team and a loyal franchise network by championing operational excellence, marketing innovation, and authentic leadership.

“This incredible milestone is a celebration of the passion, purpose, and resilience that has defined Spavia over the last 20 years,” said Langenderfer. “We’ve always believed that self-care should be both transformational and accessible. To be honored among such an inspiring group of leaders reinforces the importance of that mission—and the incredible guests, franchisees, and partners have played a pivotal role in shaping who we are today.”

Langenderfer’s commitment to innovation recently led to the launch of Sway by Spavia, Spavia’s urban thematic concept that debuted its flagship location in Downtown Denver. Designed for the next generation of wellness seekers, Sway blends facial bars, massage, and cutting-edge recovery technology with an affordable membership model that makes premium self-care more accessible. The space also features Aescape, an AI-powered robotic massage system—marking its first introduction in Colorado and redefining the future of touchless wellness. In addition, Langenderfer remains committed to strengthening the wellness workforce. He is the founder of St. Moritz Academy, a progressive massage therapy trade school in Denver. The Academy offers students state-of-the-art training, resources, and career development opportunities to become elite licensed massage therapists, an extension of Langenderfer’s belief in education as a foundation for lasting industry impact.

Langenderfer’s career is built on a strong foundation of business and financial expertise. He began as a CPA at a top accounting firm before earning his MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. His early work with American Airlines’ Sabre Division, where he contributed to the launch of Travelocity, gave him critical experience scaling tech-forward ventures. Later, as a Vice President at DISH Network, Langenderfer played a key role in growing the company’s subscriber base from under one million to more than 10 million—a testament to his strength in operational and marketing strategy at scale.

“Marty Langenderfer continues to raise the bar for what it means to be a visionary leader,” said Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO. “His ability to combine purpose with performance, innovation with impact, and growth with integrity sets a powerful example, not just for the wellness industry, but for the entire business community in Colorado.”

The Titan 100 program celebrates Colorado's most accomplished business leaders across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, construction, and professional services. Collectively, the 2025 Colorado Titan 100 and their companies employ more than 59,000 individuals and generate over $35 billion in annual revenues.
